KYAMCH won the BEST
IT USER Award
Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical
College & Hospital (KYAMCH) won
the "Best IT User Award"
for its useage of Information Technology
in its every function. KYAMCH was recognized
as one of the best IT user organization
jointly by the Bangladesh Software &
Information Services (BASIS) and
SouthAsia Enterprise Development Facility
(SEDF) at the occation of Softexpo
2004. On 28th of November 2004, BASIS and
SEDF arranged a gala night, where they handed
over the award to the winning rganizations
at the Bangladesh China Friendship Conference
Center (BCFCC).

Chief Surgeon Dr. Asit Baran Adhikari
received the award from SEDF.
CEO and Executive Director of ATI
Limited, the ITES provider to KYAMCH
were also present on the ceremony.

Organization
KYAMCH from the begining of its
journey uses an integrated healthcare
information system developed by

run its operations smoothly. ATI
MEDiTOP is a complete Hospital Management
Software that facilitates both Management
& Patients of a Hospital. Segmented
by modules related to the working
of a hospital, ATI MEDiTOP performs
day-to-day tasks efficiently and
produces stunning management and
statistical report that helps to
run the business smoothly. Developed
in Oracle 9i

6i in front-end, the product is
a State of the art application technology
with Multi-tiered application architecture
and covers every aspect of a hospital
operation. Managerial & operational
functions of a hospital can be monitored,
tracked, analyzed, assigned, allocated,
estimated & implemented through
this system and are both Internet
and Intranet operability enabled.
ATI MEDITOP is also Multi level
user management and Business intelligence
enabled (data transfer from LAB
machines to database) and it is
automated with external devices
like Bar code scanner etc. The web
enabled ATI MEDiTOP allows patients
and doctors to download or view
relevant document from anywhere
in the world with proper access.
Currently KYAMCH is using around
130 terminals which runs the ATI
MEDiTOP application to operate the
hospital activities smoothly.
